Bobby Price wrote all of the Duke Nukem II music in the MIDI program,
Sequencer Plus Gold. However, because all of his MIDI files had to be
converted into IMF (id's music format), which changed the sound greatly,
Prince had to compose his MIDIs with AdLib's FM synthesis in mind.
Because of this, there exist no "original" MIDI files.

However, in order to display the intended sound of his music, Prince
released several rearranged MIDI files. They were originally available
on his web site.

These are his rearranged songs in the higher fidelity MIDI format.

Notes:
- The MIDI version of "Theme to Duke Nukem II" has a much less pronounced
bass line, to the point where you can barely hear it. The IMF version
  is much more audible.
- There are two MIDI versions "Theme to Duke Nukem II". While they're
mostly the same song, there you can hear the difference in drums at
about 13 seconds in. The IMF conversion doesn't match either of them
though, and has its own unique drums at the 13 second mark.
- The electric guitar in "Kiss the Girls and Made Them Cry" and "You Be
Dead!" sounds much better in the MIDI version.
